Great view of the city skyline from the room's balcony and the outdoor pool area. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and had a good New Year's Eve set menu. Location was near a shopping mall and a few food options.
The room was a bit dated and had a musty smell, especially in the bathroom. The elevators were slow, making it a bit inconvenient during peak times.

Manna house cafe, where you can eat, is easy walk to the hotel. Fine base for exploring Medan. We really enjoyed staying at tiara medan...

The hotel is conveniently located near a big shopping mall, making it easy to find places to eat and shop. the hotel is also near some popular tourist spots. Rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and well-stocked minibars. Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and a pool. Finally, breakfast is included, and there is an egg station.
Some guests had issues with the responsiveness of some staff, particularly those involved in sales and marketing.

Best aspects of my Easter hotel experience were the clean and spacious rooms. the breakfast buffet had a great variety with fresh fruit, which was a plus. the hotel is located in a central area with easy access to shops and restaurants, making it a convenient place to stay.
Worst aspects of my Easter hotel experience was that the restaurant food was not up to par and could use some improvement. the staff was not as responsive and attentive as I had expected, making it difficult to get assistance in a timely manner.
